beer, cider, spirits and more
at cork & barrel

Pouring alongside our visiting wineries on Cork & Barrel Weekend (July 16-18. 2026), you’ll find Central Oregon breweries, cideries, distilleries and canned cocktails at Sip and Grand Cru!

Bend Cider Co.

This boutique cider company has been earning awards for its distinctive ciders. Made in Tumalo in a sustainable cider house, their ciders feature botanical elements in every flavor, and highlight special apple varieties sourced throughout the Pacific NW. Owners Kelly and Tammy Roark have also planted two orchards—one in the Willamette Valley and one in Central Oregon—to supply the company with specialty apples in years to come.

Sunriver Brewing Co.

Independent and locally-owned, Sunriver Brewing Co. is known for their award-winning craft beer and their commitment to community. The Brewery has won National Brewery of the Year twice at the Great American Beer Festival and Brewery of the Year at the Oregon Beer Awards. Some of their top-winning beers include Fuzztail (American Hefeweizen), Rippin (IPA), Bondi Beach Party (IPA) and Cinder Beast (Imperial Red Ale).

Ransom Spirits

Located in the foothills of Oregon’s coastal range, Ransom is an alembic distillery, artisan wine company and vermouth house that does things differently—by hand, in small batches, and without shortcuts. Established in 1997, Ransom revived the 19th century era ‘Old Tom’ Gin (aged in barrel). In 2008, Ransom began planting barley on their forty-acre organic farm, and added bourbon whiskey and dry gin to their collection of spirits.
