Apply to 2027 Cork & Barrel

Cork & Barrel 2027 will host a reunion of select wineries who have previously participated in our event. Apply by 5 pm on Monday, October 12 for a chance to take part in our 15-year celebration!

Wineries will be selected through a lottery draw. To be included in the lottery, please submit your application by Monday, October 12, 2026.

Please note: by submitting this form, you agree to Cork & Barrel’s minimum requirements should your winery be selected. Minimum requirements include pouring at Sip and the Grand Cru reception, which equates to a donation of 4 cases.

If your winery is selected:

Winery selections will be announced Monday, October 19, 2026. Selected wineries will have until Friday, October 23, 2026 to submit their Commitment Form and finalize their participation.

If your winery is selected to participate, but we do not receive your commitment form by the October 23 deadline, we will draw another winery to fill your place.
