Tickets
We do not issue paper tickets to Sip. Your name and any guest names you registered at ticket purchase/sponsor confirmation will simply be on the guest list when you and your guests arrive. If you purchased tickets for guests and did not give us their names, they will be on the guest list under “Your Name”—so if your name is Mary Smith, there will be multiple tickets under Mary Smith. Should you want to provide us with the names of any guests you purchased tickets for, we will be happy to update the list to include their names, for more ease at check in.
You can email your guest information to dross@kidscenter.org.
Attire
The suggested attire is “Country Club Festive.” Think Tommy Bahama, collared shirts, blouses, slacks, capris or nice shorts, sun dresses and dresses. Sip will be outdoors under the big tent. We will be on grass, so we encourage you to wear flat-soled or platform shoes (spiky heels will punch through the sod).
What to Expect
The evening will include tastings from 7 Napa Valley wineries, as well as 4 local breweries and 2 cideries. We’ll have non-alcoholic beverages too, courtesy of Bigfoot Beverages. You’ll also find several stations of small bites from Roam and Active Culture, and treats from Brown Bag Popcorn Company, Elly’s Ice Cream, Pacific Perks and Too Sweet Cakes. Walk from station to station or find an area to sit and enjoy your food, wine and other beverages.
At Sip, you’ll enjoy live jazz by The Groove Merchants. You can also peruse our in-person Silent Auction (just for Sip guests!). You’ll also find fun opportunities to win cash, win wine, win handbags, and win Yeti coolers! During the event, you can also purchase tickets for Fall Parties—visit the big party boards and add your name to the guest list! If you’d like to donate to support KIDS Center services for local children and families, stop by our large giving board, where every donation is a win-win! And we have a special take-home gift if you join Friends of O’Malley.
All activities support KIDS Center.
Parking and Safe Rides with LYFT Pass
You’ll find plentiful guest parking at Central Oregon Community College. Signage will direct you. Golf cart shuttles will circle the parking lots, if you would like a ride to the tent.
We have a guest drop-off area close to the tent if you would like to drop off passengers (especially guests with limited mobility). Signage will direct you.
Safe Rides are available through LYFT, with a $20 credit per ride, up to 4 rides, courtesy of Lookout Lodge.
Set up Lyft now so it’s easy to use at the event! Simply download and open the LYFT app. Tap the menu icon and then tap “Payment.” Add a credit card in “Payment Methods”—just in case the length of your ride exceeds your $20 ride credit...and also so you can tip your driver. (Gratuity is not included in the ride credit.)

The Cork & Barrel event catalog will be available at the event, including information about the wineries and chefs. You can also preview the catalog on ISSUU.
Auctions
Online Auction
The Online Auction will open at 12 noon, Monday, July 15 and close on Saturday, July 20, 7:10 pm. To bid, use the unique link texted to you by Cork & Barrel! If you did not receive a unique link via text, we may not have your cell phone on file. To get your link, email your cell phone number to gtstevens@kidscenter.org (be sure to include your name) and we will send you your unique link so you can preview and bid on the Online Auction. We have lots of packages in this year’s Online Auction! Get your bids in!
Silent Auction
We also have an exclusive Silent Auction for Sip guests only! You can preview these items online, but you can only bid on and win these items if you attend Sip on Friday, July 19, 2024!
Write your bid on a yellow highlighted line on the bid sheet, and you’ll be entered to win our Silent Auction Raffle! The winner will be drawn at the close of Sip and will take home a magnum from one of our Napa wineries!
Live Auction
The Live Auction will be sold LIVE during Grand Cru on Saturday, July 20, 2024. If you are not attending Grand Cru, you can still preview and place proxy bids on Live Auction packages. We have 14 Live Auction lots including the popular Wall of Wine, several wine country getaways, and a week in Bordeaux! Peek at all 14 fabulous lots by clicking on the unique link texted to you!

Giving Board & Friends of O’Malley Board
Make a gift on the GIANT giving board, and it’s a win-win for you and local children and families. Win a prize with every gift! And check out our Friends of O’Malley Board. Donate to become a Friend, and you’ll receive a special take-home gift! You’ll find our big boards on either end of the tent. Thanks in advance for giving!
Wine Ring Toss
Try your skill at the Ring Toss! $25 gets you 3 rings to toss and your goal is to “ring” them around a bottle of wine. If you “ring” a bottle, you win it! Every player is entered to win a special raffle drawing for a $200 gift certificate to Saxon’s Fine Jewelers!
The Mystery Wine Pull
Try your luck at the Mystery Wine Pull, where you pay $25 and win a bottle of wine valued from $20 up to $100! We have stocked this year’s inventory with some special gems you won’t want to miss!
Party Boards
Get your tickets for our Fall Parties! Look for our big Party Boards at the event, and purchase a “seat” to one or both of our fall parties: our 2nd Annual Masquerade Ball on Saturday, October 12, 2024, sponsored by Hanai Center, and Poker Night at the Loft of Bend on Thursday, November 7, 2024, sponsored by Saalfeld Griggs.

The Purse Raffle

How You Can Maximize Your Impact
Did you know that KIDS Center typically pays $15,000 in credit card processing fees for Cork & Barrel? Crazy, right!?! You can maximize your gift and help more kids and families by opting to pay 3% of your credit card processing fees. It’s simple! At event check-in, opt into paying your credit card fees. This 3% fee will be reflected on the final receipt we send to you following the event. This small amount can add up and make a big difference for kids and families!
Psst: You can also opt to avoid fees all-together, by paying for your purchases with a check, stock, or through a foundation. Just let us know at check-in if you plan to pay by a method other than a credit card. Thank you!
