Join Bob Tillman, Alta Colina owner and director of winemaking, and his daughter, Maggie Tillman, owner/director of sales & marketing, for this very special Winemaker Dinner at CURRENTS at The Riverhouse. The Tillmans have been visiting Central Oregon for years (they own a house in Sunriver!) and look forward to this dinner with Chef Michael Stanton, a classically trained chef, has 26+ years of experience creating fine French and American cuisine.
Zenaida Cellars at Level 2 Restaurant March 26, 2020 | 6 – 9 PM
Eric Ogorsolka, owner/winemaker of Zenaida Cellars, is joined by his wife, Jill, General Manager, for this fantastic partnership of wine and food at Level 2 restaurant and lounge, located in the Old Mill District. Zenaida farms 22 acres of vineyard that are farmed utilizing sustainable practices. In combo with Level 2’s fantastic culinary fare, this winemaker dinner is Zenaida’s first in Central Oregon – and give them a warm welcome as Eric and Jill just purchased a home in Bend!
Cordant & Nelle Winery at Suttle Lodge & Boathouse July 16, 2020 | 6 – 9 PM
Cordant owner/winemaker, Tyler Russell, was the first to sign up to be a winery partner on behalf of Cork & Barrel 2020. We are ecstatic to have his fun-loving wine spirit – and premium wines – on display at this Winemaker Dinner featuring Chef Jacob Rodriguez of Suttle Lodge & Boathouse. The Bend Party Bus is back and will provide 20 dinner guests transportation to Suttle Lodge and back to Bend for an additional, nominal cost.

Booker Wines at Solomon’s at Tetherow July 16, 2020 | 6 – 9 PM
Booker Wines is a story born in the late 1920’s on Paso’s Westside. The original owners of the property, the Booker brothers, were the area’s biggest philanthropists – and great farmers – and donated 100% of the estate to charity. Booker Wines owner/winemaker, Eric Jensen, keeps with the promise of great farming and now, winemaking, and we are excited for this premium pairing of Paso wine from Bookers Wines with Chef Eric McElroy’s culinary at Solomon’s at Tetherow!

This very special winemaker dinner is a trifecta of awesomeness. The culinary dream team from Toro Bravo in Portland is working in collaboration with Tablas Creek winery and Rainshadow Organics to provide an exceptional, farm-to-table winemaker dinner at the Rainshadow Organics farm located between Sisters and Redmond. The beautiful, outdoor setting featuring local, organic food products, premium wines from Tablas Creek, and international flavors translate into a very special evening on behalf of Cork & Barrel.
