    Susan’s Table is an extension of Endurance Zone. With her move to Bend, Oregon from Asheville, North Carolina, Susan decided to expand her athlete focused catering to a broader clientele. Along with a continued support and desire to cater to athletes, she has become a full service catering company. She enjoys parties, she enjoys entertaining and loves to cook great tasting food.

    When did you know you wanted to be a chef?

    From an early age I enjoyed cooking with my mom and Gramma. However, when I was working in a restaurant while attending the University of Memphis, I realized that it was what I wanted to do all the time. So I skipped law school for culinary school.
