Chef Shelbi BlokToo Sweet Cakes

    For as long as Chef Shelbi Blok can remember, she’s had a dream to open her own bakery. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland where she learned how to fine-tune her skills by training under some of the best in the business. Chef Shelbi believes sweet treats are some of the best ways to bring people together and put smiles on their faces.

    What is your favorite food to pair wine with? We have a wine menu at the bakery that I pair with all our petite dessert shots!

    What is your favorite ingredient to work with? Butter – I know we can make almost anything delicious with it.
