    Chef Jacob Rodriguez was raised on the flavors of Latin & Asian cuisine in LA. The sense of adventure and love of food found Chef Jacob in culinary school in San Diego. It is there that he learned the importance of a strong foundation of cooking, through practice and hours spent in the kitchen and an appreciation for slow “grandma” style cooking. After all, you can’t cook for the future if you don’t understand the past.

    What is your favorite ingredient to work with? Cheese.

    It’s your last weekend on earth…what city are you eating in and why? L.A. would be the city to spend my last week in. It’s my home town, it has all of my favorite places to eat and so many more places that have yet to be enjoyed!! It’s where my heart resides.
